USA Warehouse Service & Cross Border Logistics
If your company sells to US customer but you are located in Canada, you may expericing slow shipment or high shipping cost and sometime unexpection duty and brokage fees for cross border shipment. We were in the same situation and now we have a solution.
By partnering with Fedex and FTN, we are now consolidate small packages to USA warehouse then re-distribute the packages to repsective customers. The benifits are that you can enjoy the substantial lower shipping cost, faster shipping time and your US customers will be happy that they won't be paying any extra duty and brokage fees.

Warehousing Service FAQs:
Q. How this program work?
A. You send the packages you want us to consolidate to our Markham warehouse, we will then prepare the Fedex USA shipping label and add them in our USA master shipment.
Q. Where are the warehouses located?
A. Our Canadian warehouse located: Unit #11, 270 Esna Park Dr., Markham,ON, L3R 1H3 and US warehouse located in Buffalo, NewYork.
Q. What type of products you accept for cross border processing?
A. We majorly accept Computers and Electrical but we can accept anything as long as it's legal. We are happy to discuss with you for any oppurtunities, please contact us for details.
Q. What is the related fees for this service.?
A. There is no setup fee and we only charge $4 handling per package (for package less than 20 lbs), for package over 20 lbs the fee maybe higher. The shipping cost on each pachage will be based on the Fedex US doemstic shipment rates.
Q. When can we get started?
A. Once you have indicated to us that you wish to proceed, we will forward a New Client Worksheet for you to complete and return. Upon receipt of this Worksheet , we will generate a contract for you to sign and your account is ready to use.
Q. What payment method do you accept?
A. We accept credit card, company check (upon approval) or bank transfer.
