BTE Computer Inc., a high end fast growing IT company, is seeking a bright, self-starter, dedicated Candidates to fill in the following position(s):

1. Executive Assitant

To support the operational work of CEO, and eventually take over partial responsibilities of the managerial work. New graduates and skill worker immigrants are welcomed; Canadian experience is an asset but not mandatory. Business and technical training programs will be offered to the successful candidates.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Support on sales lead generation and new customer follow-up; Build friendly partnership with existing major accounts for maintaining sustainable sales growth. 
  • Monitor IT market segments, propose marketing initiatives to dress the customer needs for specific segment; monitor and measure company marketing programs
  • Manage daily operational issue of channels, mainly suppliers/distributors
  • Ensure Just In Time sourcing and quality control of sourced products
  • Aid the accountant for accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Address customer’s enquiry on technical info, service, payment, billing, delivery and after sales service.
  • Provide customer quality service in trouble shooting, repair, installation…etc

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College certificate, preferred in Computer Science or Business Administration
  • Sales experience a plus, not mandatory
  • Proficient skills in MS Office
  • Ability to handle multiple and competing priorities in a fast- paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficient in English a must, language skill in French, Mandarin or Cantonese a plus, not mandatory
  • Manage multi-tasks with time management skills are essential
  • Quick learner
